Washing

Performed in dyeing machines for dyeing in rope form.
It is used as a pre-treatment for certain product groups, so called fabric pre-washing.
The purpose is to remove dirt, grease, wax, pectin and emulsions.
In certain cases, washing may be used instead of dyeing procedures:

for products manufactured from pre-dyed yarns
for multicolour knitted (eg. pattern strips) and jacquard knits
for knitwear, where a natural appearance is required

Possibility to wash selected types of fabric in rope form.
