• non-standard sizes may be catered for (apart from usual colourings of 200 kg it is possible to colour certain parts of the production in 70 - 90 kg and 30 - 40 kg lots)
• short supply deadlines and possibility of goods pick-up according to urgency of order
• possibility of issue of goods in a 16 hour daily band
• constant contact with the client, providing information on the state of the order and technological possibilities
• sampling and colouring of shades "made to measure" for the customer (e.g. according to given patterns, chosen from the PANTONE international colour palette) or choice of shade can be made from the INTERCOLOR databank, with many thousands of shades
• immediate solution of matters concerning technology, production quality, deadline and similar matters through direct communication with the client.
